  Nothing will ever beat those purgatory masks, wierd simplicity is by far the best.

  I really like Chris and Corey’s new masks though, the others are pretty meh.

  Shawn went a little over bored doing his mask and i think Paul and Chris could of done a little more, besides that i think there great ! There song “all hope is gone” kinda disapointed me because it runs together, theres really no beat.

  ever since i started listenin to rock slipknot hav been my fav band, i have always enjoyed the music and masks, the new song “Psychosocial” is awsome, the best masks out of the new ones are mick joeys and shawns in that order, cant wait til they tour with this album, people say i will die but fuck it, its worth it

  I love the masks. simply put, I think they have done a godd job with them, but Big White I agree with what u said about All Hope Is Gone. Psychosocial definately picked them up from that. Although All Hope Is Gone is still a brilliant song.

  all hope is gone sounded very slipknot but it just didnt cut it for me…but psychosocial, with the video is just awesome…and by the way with the masks, Joey’s has always been the best…and this time with a Jesus thorn wreath thing up its even better..SLIPKNOT’s always been the best…

  These guys rock. Ever since I was 8 I’ve loved them and they keep proving that they still have what it takes. My fave is definitly Joey’s and for all those that say he looks like Jesus, well big f***ing deal! Why don’t you go try and find out why he his new mask looks like that instead of just saying that it’s wrong or whatever. In my opinion all of the masks rock and their new album is going to be fantastic.

  First off, Corey’s mask isn’t “bland”. It has a lot of meaning. It is the same crash test dummy mask he made his first mask out of. Second as a fan and a fellow Iowan (thank God for a large “GOOD” band from here!) Who cares about the masks? There music is great. Unlike KISS, I think Slipknot could loose the masks and still be a very successful band.

  OK i LOVE THE NEW MASKS!!!!!!! but i don’t know which one(s) are the best >.<….I agree with Maranda. Corey’s mask look’s like Michle Myer’s from Halloween. And Jim’s mask look’s like an evil\Weird Jester. And it rocks! No offense to Joey but he look’s like the Ani-crist because of the crown thingy on his mask. Mick and Crig didn’t realy change much. Shawn’s mask look’s like a torcherd clown (As Always). Chris’s mask is a little bit cooler then the old one. Paul’s mask is kewl. And Sid’s mask look’s like a Knight’s Mask.

  to really understand how awesome these mask are you have got to see them live in concert, i was lucky enough to have gotten to see them live with the new mask a couple of months ago on the mayham tour with disturbed, coreys mask is simple but fucking freaky, but that and that is what is so awesome about it, was also lucky enough to hear about 4 of the new songs live, if you cant enjoy there music you are just retarded the lyrics are sick and the melody and rythem are just what you need to get the crowd in a frenzy, keep on smash n ear drums!
