What was your highlight of 2008?
D: Playing on the At The Gates reunion tour.
T: So many to list! South by South West, Hellfest in France, Fun Fun Fun Fest, touring with At The Gates, and still having a lot of down time to spend with family and friends.
What’s the worst thing that happened to you in 2008?
D: A kidney stone – the worst pain I’ve ever felt.
T: Losing someone really close to me.
Who in 2008 deserves a good kicking?
D: Sarah Palin.
T: John Mcain for the bullshit campain he almost got away with.
Who had the best comeback: Metallica, AC/DC, or Guns N’ Roses?
D: AC/DC! All hail the kings!
T: AC/DC, by far.
What are you most looking forward to in 2009?
D: Hopefully a new King Crimson album and seeing more places I haven’t been to yet.
T: Finishing two new records records with two bands.
What band should everyone find out about in 2009?
D: Tombs.
T: A band called Complete. Go on YouTube and look for it. They are mind blowing.
What do you want for Christmas?
D: A gift certificate from Williams & Sonoma and a Global chef’s knife.
T: I usually worry about everyone else being happy so I’ll say that.
Who do you want to get under the mistletoe?
D: My lady, of course. Or Olivia Munn.
T: I’m too busy to think about girls lately.
Where will you be on New Year’s Eve?
D: Hopefully Culebra or away from all the amateurs.
T: In a studio in Florida recording with my new hardcore band, No Friends.
