Five more names have been announced for Download 2009 – Welsh rockers, The Blackout, prog-metal kings, Dream Theater, Canadian post-hardcore types, Billy Talent, still-wishing-it-was-the-1980s throwbacks, Buckcherry, and the real-life Spinal Tap, Anvil.

Have you seen Anvil: The Story of Anvil yet? Part of us loves it for the sheer “we are metal – this is all we can do” spirit of it, but part of us hates how ironic hipsters are laughing at metal.
