Never one to miss a trick when it comes to making wild statements about the future of the whole bloody world, in an interview with Shockhound.com Gallows frontman, Frank Carter has claimed:

“This is the beginning of the end of humanity… I believe that armageddon is round the corner.”

Oh crap. Now what?!?

Incidentally, the American website have written the following synopsis of the video interview:

Frank Carter (with silent assistance from brother Steph) talks about the British punk band’s musical mission, their “bleak” new album, and how the end of the world is at hand.

Steph Carter does indeed look a bit ‘Silent Bob’ in this clip. It’s a shame because he’s a funny bastard when he’s not got a camera shoved in his face. Oh well.

Gallows released their brilliant second album, Grey Britain this week. BUY IT.

Yawn. Things aren’t exactly great in this country at the moment, but there’s no reason to believe things are as bleak as Frank Carter and co. would tell you.

Said it before and said it again – they’re spouting the same stuff that was used by the punk movement of the 70s. Move on already!
