You know what Thrash Hits’ representatives at Hammerfest did all weekend? They got drunk. They got drunk and puked everywhere. We are very proud of them. But when they weren’t indulging in the booze/vomit dichotomy, they caught up with our old friends, Malefice. 

And they had some rather harsh words to say about a certain weekly metal magazine. Ouch.

We also covered the serious topics of The Most Metal Place In The World, Why Hammerfest Is So Badass, and Malefice’s Haircare Regime. If there’s one thing I think we can all agree on, it’s that this proves serious music journalism is alive and well here at Thrash Hits.

Malefice’s superb ‘Dawn of Reprisal’ won our first “coveted” COROT-3b Music Prize last year. We filmed us awarding them their prize of £6.66 in a dirty backstreet behind the Highbury Garage here in London, but our camera blew up – yes, really – before we could get the footage into our edit suite. Anyway – if you haven’t bought it already, go and buy it.
