Yeah, that’s one of the most metal photos ever, right? Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax may well be doing the rounds on the Continent (Poland done, Switzerland next, then Czech Republic probably reviewed RIGHT HERE ON THRASH HITS!!) but if you can’t be arsed flying Ryanair to a miserable European field, you can just watch them in the cinema. Seriously. #SRSLY?
This is taken from the totally awesome press release. They’re basically beaming the show from Sofia (Bulgaria, dur) live VIA SATELLITE to cinemas. It would have been cooler if they’d done it via telephone. You know, when your mate rings you up during a gig and all you can hear is white noise and him shouting some bullshit at you? That. That would be cool.

That was the trailer, FYI. You can find out all about how to watch it in UK cinemas… here… HERE! Yeah. It’ll be almost like being in Bulgaria. You could imagine you were Hristo Stoichkov or something.
They fact that Ozzfest is happening at London O2 Arena this autumn means that some sort of “The Big Four @ London O2 Arena” awesome one-off show probably won’t happen in 2011. But that’s where it might happen. Who knows?!
Also, this from Daniel P Carter of Radio 1 Rock Show fame: Way to piss MegaDave off. Right?
