And while we’re on the subject of The Dillinger Escape Plan…

…they’ve just released a new video, this time for ‘Parasitic Twins’, the atmospheric closing track to the magnificent Option Paralysis. You can check it out after the jump.

It’s an interesting choice of single, given that main vocal duties on the track is shared by Dillinger’s second guitarist, Jeff Tuttle, rather than just being handled the band’s regular frontman, Greg Puciato. Tuttle, of course, also happens to be the lead vocalist in Old Gods, his LOUD AS ALL HELL side-project who we featured as the subject of one of our Future Hits columns late last year.

Anyway, back to the the video for ‘Parasitic Twins’ – it’s why you’re here, right? It is more than a match for the spaced-out weirdness of the track it accompanies – check it out:

As we’ve mentioned earlier today, The Dillinger Escape Plan are currently on tour as main support on Mastodon’s latest UK jaunt. After finishing up here in Blightly, later on this month the band will be hightailing it across the globe to play at this year’s Soundwave Festivals, as well as playing support to a handful of System of a Down’s shows in Australia and New Zealand – check out The Dillinger Escape Plan’s official website for more details.
