The Thrash Hits Podcast 006: The Art of the Perfect Gig

Thrash Hits Podcast 1

It’s been a little longer than normal between podcasts, and it’s for one simple reason – we’ve been to so many gigs since the last podcast that we simply haven’t found the time to be in the same room for long enough to record an episode. Handily, that’s the inspiration for the main topic of conversation on this week’s episode – just what is it that makes a gig great?

Did any of the gigs we’ve been too recently – including Faith No More, Pearl Jam, Baroness, Monuments, Kerouac and Sacred Mother Tongue to name but a few – made the grade as “classic” gigs?┬áRaz and Hugh debate this question, as well as going over their all-time favourite shows.
