Sunday Slaylist: Temples Festival 2014

Temples Festival 2014 Slaylist Thrash Hits

This week, the magnificent Temples Festival sold out of weekend tickets. For a new festival to do this in their opening year is pretty damn impressive, and speaks volumes for just how strong Temples Festival’s line-up curation has been. It also makes for a goddamn murderously good Sunday Slaylist.

Headlined by Electric Wizard, Neurosis and Clutch, the debut Temples line-up also features plenty of other long-term Thrash Hits favourites: Brutal Truth, Anaal Nathrakh, Black Moth, War Wolf, Jucifer, Amen Ra, Tombs, Doomriders, Throne, Conan, Bossk, Dragged Into Sunlight, The Secret, Oathbreaker…the list goes on and on. Putting this Slaylist together was an absolute treat, and we sure as shit cannot wait to head on down to Bristol in May for three days of this.

Spotify is available in the UK, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and perhaps most importantly today in most of Scandinavia for free – though obviously you’re better off shelling out either £5 or £10 a month for one of Spotify’s premium packages, as then you can listen to our Slaylists without having them interrupted by adverts. For our readers in countries not currently serviced by Spotify….go buy yourself some day tickets to Temples Festival , then write yourself a reminder to get your shit together and buy a proper weekend ticket earlier next time around.
