Sunday Slaylist: The Best of 2014

2014 Final List Thrash Hits

And so we come to the final Sunday Spotify Slaylist of 2014. We’re going to use it to celebrate all of the great music that was released in 2014, with all the artists we’re featuring this week being nominated for our end-of-year list by our contributors.

This one is a MAMMOTH playlist – nearly 100 acts were nominated by our contributors, and even taking off the ones who aren’t on Spotify because of tedious backroom music industry politics, that’s a hellaload of music. Here at Thrash Hits, we’ve got some mighty fine personal taste.

REMEMBER – if you subscribe to our Weekly Slaylist in Spotify you’ll automatically get the new Slaylist every time we update it. You don’t have to do anything and BOSH new Slaylists for you. We’ve also got every single past Slaylist safely archived, if one of our previous ones really tickled your fancy – check them all out here.

Spotify is available to most of Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and a load of other countries for free – though obviously you’re better off shelling out £10 a month for Spotify’s Premium package, as then you can listen to our Slaylists without having them interrupted by adverts. For our readers in countries not currently serviced by Spotify…go buy some music for someone as a last Christmas gift. They’ll love it, and you’ll feel awesome for not only giving someone an awesome gift, but for supporting musicians too. We’ve got a few suggestions as to what you might want to spend your cash on here.
