Sunday Slaylist: Black Sheep Wall – I’m Going To Kill Myself

It’s not often that we dedicate a Sunday Spotify Slaylist to a new release (although – guess what – you can expect more of this in future), but the new album from Californian post-metal/noise beast Black Sheep Wall is too good to go uncommented upon. With all the huge releases that were put out this January, I’m Going To Kill Myself is going to get overlooked by a lot of people. Don’t be one of those people.

This album hasn’t been without some weird controversy, either. Earlier this week the band’s former vocalist, Trae Malone, leaked a version of the track’White Pig’ with his vocals on that the band recorded shortly before kicking him out of the band. The rest of Black Sheep Wall seemed to take it in good stead though. Huh. Whatever. Go listen to the album now.

REMEMBER – if you subscribe to our Weekly Slaylist in Spotify you’ll automatically get the new Slaylist every time we update it. You don’t have to do anything and BOSH new Slaylists for you. We’ve also got every single past Slaylist safely archived, if one of our previous ones really tickled your fancy – check them all out here.

Spotify is available to most of Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and a load of other countries for free – though obviously you’re better off shelling out £10 a month for Spotify’s Premium package, as then you can listen to our Slaylists without having them interrupted by adverts. For our readers in countries not currently serviced by Spotify…go buy a copy of I’m Going To Kill Myself by Black Sheep Wall as if it’s good enough for us to dedicate a Sunday Slaylist to, then you know for damn sure it’s good enough for you to buy a copy of.
