Thrash Hits verdict: Bad Grammar are exactly the kind of band we needed to scratch a particular itch we’ve been feeling for a while now. We’ve overplayed so many of our favourite grunge records in the last few months, but still haven’t become burnt out on those sounds, but at the same time every nu-grunge revivalist we’ve tried to listen to has just sounded like pale facsimiles of their influences. We needed someone to come along and give grunge enough of a twist that we wouldn’t want to smash their records and throw the pieces into the nearest gutter. Aloha, Bad Grammar.
