There’s a problem slowly sweeping its way across the nation. As serious as it is, very few are taking the stand to address. Bassists up and down the country are quaking in fear. The slow but steady rise in two-blokes-making-a-racket-core in recent times is threatening their position. The likes of God Damn and Slaves have quickly become media darlings, and despite sounding very different, they’re all been forbearers for the demise of four-string slappers and poppers.
