October is a good month. Not only are there about a bazillion brilliant records released now the Summer release slump has ended, but it’s when the big guns of Autumn/Winter indoor festival/all-dayer scene let loose. Among our favourites: London’s very own Live Evil Festival.
Deathhammer was formed in 2005, in Norway (Hamar/Grimstad) by Sergeant Salsten (Guitar, bass, vocals) and Sadomancer (Drums, backing vocals). The band's lyrical themes are about zombies, death and blasphemy. They released three demos and two full-length albums.

In keeping with our ongoing theme of Winter metal-fest themed Sunday Slaylists, we were going to put something together today to herald the impending (and quite frankly magnificent-looking) Live Evil Festival 2013. We say “were”, because yesterday while bumming around on the internet, we found out that Dylan Hughes aka A Fist In The Face Of God got there first. And made a better mix than we ever could.
