Their lineup consists of Fred Durst (lead vocals), Sam Rivers (bass, backing vocals), John Otto (drums, percussion), DJ Lethal (turntables), and Wes Borland (guitars, vocals). Limp Bizkit on Thrash Hits
August 1st, 2009
After making our first ever splash page at Download Festival 2009, we thought we’d do another with the inaugural Sonisphere Festival 2009. We’re here at Knebworth for two days and we’re going to be interviewing, photographing and generally just looking at bands all weekend. We’ll make stuff too. Come and look at it all.

There are two sides to every story… and neither one leaves any of the participants in this one looking that good, to be honest. Both of the major heavy music festivals have announced all of their headliners now. Sonisphere Festival came straight out with Metallica and Linkin Park while the acts appearing at Download Festival 2009 were dripfed to us much more slowly.

We hinted at it earlier today, but no it’s official – Def Leppard have been confirmed as a main stage headliner for Download 2009. But they’re not the only act that’s had their place on the bill verified – so have Trivium and the reformed nu-metal posterboys, Limp Bizkit.

Crack out the wallet chains and backwards caps, It’s time to rock the mic like it’s 2000 all over again. Limp Bizkit have announced they are to reform, tour and record under their original line-up. And that includes cantankerous guitarist, Wes Borland, who as recently as a few weeks ago was still saying he would never again re-unite with Fred Durst and co.
