Thrash Hits verdict: Wretched are not a new band. They’ve been around for years in fact. We’re not going to pretend we’re so-far-ahead-of-the-curve that we were fans of the band since Day 1, but what we do know is that when we stuck their new record, Son of Perditio, into our stereo the other day, we liked what we heard. We liked it a lot. And what’s the point of having a Future Hits column if we;re not going to use it to tell people about bands we’ve just heard of? We fired an email off to the band’s vocalist, Adam Cody, asking him to tell us why we shouldn’t just restrict our Future Hits columns to the young ‘uns.
