It’s just a week away now – the Thrash Hits-sponsored Hellfire II Festival is going to turn Birmingham upside down, with the strongest line-up of a British Winter metal festival since…well…ever! With Hellfire Festival II only a matter of weeks away, we thought it was about time to offer up a nice prize so we got a pair of weekend tickets to the festival. Then we arranged a Meet & Greet with heavy metal legends, Saxon. Then we got a bunch of swag from Jägermeister to help the party get started.
If you can’t hang out with Biff Byford with some questionably purple stuff dribbling down your chin, what the hell can you do? You can enter this competition, for starters.

And that’s not just because frontman Liam Cormier is a triple-threat mulleted-mentalist – Hail Destroyer is one of the few albums we all consider to be a stone-cold modern classic. So the fact that they’re getting on with the (not so) serious business of album no.3 has got us all a-flutter.

Two of our fellow “media partners”, Terrorizer and Metal Hammer, have both released some details over who’s going to be gracing their respective sponsored-stages.
