Mötley Crüe wrote some of the best songs ever for strippers to wiggle their bums to. For this we’re really thankful. Bassist, Nikki Sixx is a bona fide Rock Icon and his latest press release says he’s a Syndicated Radio Show Host as well. That’s great.
More importantly, on 02 May 2011, Sixx is releasing a book called This Is Gonna Hurt: Music, Photography And Life Through The Distorted Lens Of Nikki Sixx. It just rolls off the tongue. Even better is there will be an 11-track CD companion to the book from SIXX:AM. Combo.

Panic At The Disco recorded the strings for their second album, Pretty. Odd. at Abbey Road studios in London. While they were there, someone had a camera and recorded the cheeky chappies doing stuff like singing their rather popular single, ‘Nine In The Afternoon’ and talking to the camera.
You can watch clips of both of those things below or scroll down a little bit further and enter a competition to win some Panic At The Disco swag which includes CDs, stickers and posters.
Watch Panic At The Disco performing ‘Nine In The Afternoon’ at Abbey Road
Because there are less than two minutes of the song on the clip, you might want more. Good news, if you live in America you can actually watch this on television.
This must be quite exciting, unless you have the internet and if you’re reading this, you must have the internet! You can still tune in to the Sundance Channel to watch it on your massive plasma screen.
