Although they’re forced to call themselves “Ghost B.C” in America now, here in the UK the Jägermeister Music Tour is still headlined by a band called Ghost. There’s no legal issues so far as we or anyone else we know can think of regarding Gojira and The Defiled being forced to use different name when stateside, so how about we cut all this introductory chit-chat and get right to the photos, okay?

What do get when you mix four Belgians, Milton Keynes tech metallers, some Welwyn Garden City hardcore kids and Devil Sold His Soul? The Metal Hammer 2012 Razor Tour, of course. From Sea to Sky

Instrumental music is and elusive little beast. Without a vocal focus the entire song writing process shifts and the melodicism of guitars, bass and even drums are thrown, kicking and screaming, into the foreground. Any band attempting to make a purely instrumental record needs to ensure that the wealth of ideas that they and their respective instruments bring to the table are sufficient to retain the interest of the listener throughout the duration of an entire album.
