Well, by the second day of Hevy Festival 2011, both Tomas Doyle (words) or Ben Gibson (photos) were still standing, despite pre-festival promises to mosh till they dropped and/or died. While Raz was off sobbing over the demise of The Ghost Of A Thousand, our other men in the field scoped out what else was going down on Saturday….

After reforming last autumn, November Coming Fire have played a few shows and re-issued a couple of classic records but now they’re releasing brand new material. ‘Evocation’ was released this week via 30 Days Of Night so we had a little chat with guitarist, George Clift about life in the band in 2011.

Yeah, that’s right. November Coming Fire are playing in London on Friday night. Obviously, you knew that but we thought we’d tell you again anyway. Better news is that Throats and Tropics are supporting. Even ‘better’ news is that Thrash Hits Megamix is DJing before, inbetween and after the bands.
